Fair Beyond Compare: Maison et Objet

Long considered one of the most important industry gatherings for designers, buyers, and tastemakers alike, Maison et Objet is a biannual interior design fair bursting with staggering visuals, thought-provoking exhibitions and powerful execution of merchandising.

Held at Paris’ Parc de Exposition each January and September, the design mecca also boasts the roll out of every conceivable emerging trend. The buying team at Marc Hall Objekt is fortunate to count this as a stop each season. Here we capture a small slice of the fair’s new and note-worthy with imagery.

The show spans eight grand halls peppered with spectacular art exhibitions, industry-focused lectures, and charming eateries. Elaborately built showrooms are represented by countries from across the globe, each with their own distinct vision and voice, and each carefully curated to create an extraordinary experience. The cappuccinos aren’t bad either.
